Refund Policy

Workshop Cancellations

If you can no longer attend a workshop, please let us know as soon as possible.

Refunds are available if you contact us at least 48 hours before the workshop start time.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop, as materials are prepared in advance and places are limited.

Transferring Your Place

If you can no longer attend but would like someone else to take your place, please get in touch and we will do our best to help arrange this.

Workshop Changes or Cancellations

In the unlikely event that Woolly Ever After needs to cancel or change a workshop, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer either a transfer to another date or a full refund.
