Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Woolly Ever After. These terms and conditions explain the booking and website terms for our chunky arm-knitting workshops, events and products.
By booking a workshop or purchasing from Woolly Ever After, you agree to these terms.
Workshop Bookings
All workshop places must be booked and paid for in advance.
Your place is only confirmed once payment has been received. Please check your booking details carefully and contact us if you notice any errors.
Our workshops are designed for beginners, and no previous knitting experience is needed. All materials and guidance are provided unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations and Transfers
We understand that plans can change. If you can no longer attend a workshop, please get in touch as soon as possible.
Workshop tickets are non-refundable unless the workshop is cancelled by Woolly Ever After.
Where possible, we may be able to transfer your booking to another workshop date or allow your place to be passed to someone else. Please contact us to discuss this.
Workshops and Events
Our workshops are relaxed, friendly and suitable for beginners. We will provide guidance and support throughout the session, but everyone’s finished creation will be unique.
Please follow any safety guidance given during the workshop and treat the venue and other guests with respect.
Products
Any handmade items are created with care, but as they are handmade, slight variations in size, texture and appearance may occur.
